Here is a series of instructions I designed to be sent out with a particular box of medicine. The instructions would take the patient to a site for more information and facilities to document and address concerns. If you’re wondering why the box is blank it is because the box contains medical information that, along with the text in the panels, are under NDA restrictions. Don’t worry I’m just as disappointed as you are.
